PROTEUS BOXING
In this dynamic one-hour class, students will work on developing their core fundamentals of boxing. The focus is on proper body alignment and positioning -from the feet and legs to the torso and arms, and hands. Participants will gain a deep understanding of how to maintain balance, control distance, and generate power through coordinated movement. Through guided drills and partner work, students will learn how to execute punch combination with precision, while integrating footwork and defensive strategies. Emphasis is placed on timing, rhythm, and positioning to both land and paunches effectively and defend against incoming strike. Whether you’re new to the sport or building on a foundation, this class delivers a comprehensive approach to boxing technique and fitness. Must bring your own BOXING GLOVES, please.
