LONGEVITY

Longevity is group exercise class designed for seniors looking to improve day-to-day quality of life. Each class will be a total body workout that consists of stretching, low intensity weight training, core strength, balance, and light cardio. Longevity will provide an environment for seniors to exercise with their peers while learning proper exercise fundamentals necessary to improve overall health and wellbeing.
