Long gone are the days of a one-hour, weekly one-on-one session with a “personal trainer”. We build and strengthen human performance through a science-backed system brought to life through personal relationships and skilled coaches who are passionate about serving our Members.

Process-Driven Results.

Comprehensive Assessment.

We will gather a brief history of your health and fitness journey to date, and then capture tangible data through a body composition scan, movement screening, strength testing and your aerobic capacity. We can even review detailed lab work together, either from recent test or through our partners at Function Health and Viome.

Consult with Our Experts.

Our qualified experts will contrast your assessment results with your vision for improvement and achievement to design the optimal plan for your results. We may even seek the advice of outside specialists as needed to help guide our planning and programming recommendations.

Develop an Individualized Plan.

Your playbook for results will integrate the findings from your initial assessment and consults, with the most efficient methods for improving strength, conditioning, body composition and mobility. Your training plan is designed to work seamlessly with your nutrition, supplementation, recovery and lifestyle priorities.

High Performance Training.

Your plan will be anchored in 2-3 weekly training sessions with your Personal Trainer or Coach, along with prescribed sessions for additional cardio, mobility and recovery to complete on your own. Training sessions always include a proper activation, 2-3 dense training blocks and full utilisation of all the equipment, machines and training zones throughout the Club.

Managing Progress.

We strive for full integration to optimize results…everything from setting your weekly training scheduling, planning loads around non-training related stressors, habit formation and lifestyle coaching, meal delivery, use of advanced recovery tools, bio-hacking and feedback from our in-house physical therapists (when utilized).

Complimentary Sessions.

Upon joining Proteus Athletic Club, jump-start your results with two (2) personalized sessions with one of our Trainers or Coaches. These sessions can focus on planning, goal setting and nutrition, or simply get right into the training sessions themselves.
